METAL SLUG is the first game in one of the most well-known action game series that has ever been developed and published. 1996 was the year that SNK first made it available to the public.
Players take control of Marco and Tarma, two members of a Special Forces team known as the ‘Peregrine Falcon Squad.’ They wage war against General Donald Morden in an effort to reclaim their ‘METAL SLUG’ weapon, which was taken from them while they were fleeing from him. Players have access to a wide variety of weapons and vehicles, including the METAL SLUG, which they can use to turn the tide of battle in their favour.
On the PS4® system, the ‘ACA NEOGEO’ series has reproduced many of the classic NEOGEO games that are considered to be among the best ever made. These games also make use of the additional features that are available on the PS4® system.
