Overview
The journey to Arcade Paradise is not a simple one; it includes tasks such as cleaning toilets and picking up gum, as well as doing the laundry; however, the reward will be well worth the effort!
You take on the role of Ashley, stuck managing the family laundromat – a dull and unprofitable business. However, Ashley discovers a hidden room filled with old arcade machines. Seeing an opportunity, Ashley decides to turn the laundromat into a thriving arcade, much to her father’s disapproval! Your goal is to manage the business, play the arcade games to earn money, and build your ultimate arcade paradise.
Gameplay:
Business Simulation: You’ll handle all the day-to-day tasks of running a laundromat, including cleaning, fixing machines, and dealing with customers. But the real money comes from the arcade games.
Arcade Game Compilation: The game features over 35 unique arcade games to play, each with its own retro style and gameplay. These games range from racing games to fighting games to classic shooters, offering a taste of the golden age of arcades.
Earning Money: You’ll earn money from both the laundromat and the arcade games. Playing the arcade games yourself is actually a great way to test them out and see which ones are popular with customers. You can then use your earnings to purchase new arcade machines, expanding your collection and attracting more customers.
Upgrades and Customization: As you progress, you can upgrade your arcade with new decorations, lighting, and even hire staff to help you manage the business.
Assume the persona of Ashley and be in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the family laundromat. Wash rags, invest the profits, and build your very own arcade paradise in defiance of your father’s wishes by opening a games arcade in the sleepy town of Grindstone. This will give the residents of Grindstone something to really get excited about after years of nothing new to do.
