The Resident Evil Village Maiden Demo, a tantalizing taste of the horrors that awaited players in the full game when it launched in May 2021. This PS5-exclusive demo dropped in January of that year, sending chills down spines and sparking fervent anticipation for the next chapter in the beloved survival horror franchise.
We stepped into the shoes of an unnamed maiden, awakening in a damp, dimly lit dungeon. Cobwebs clung to the walls, and an unsettling silence hung heavy in the air. Every creak and groan amplified the tension, as we explored the claustrophobic confines, desperately searching for a way out.
As we progressed, glimpses of the titular village tantalized us. Snowy rooftops peeked through the gloom, hinting at a wider world beyond the dungeon walls.
