The plot is wonderfully straightforward: you play as part of a ragtag group of Vikings who are ordered by their Jarl (chief) to go on a raiding voyage. Along the way, your squad realizes they must put a stop to the wildly mischievous trickster god, Loki, and reopen the sealed gates to Valhalla. You do this the only way Vikings know how—by fighting everything in your path and plundering as much treasure as possible.
